The LEAH Schools office serves as the central business office for the organization and is responsible for all advancement, enrollment, facilities, financial activity, human resources, and technology services. Below you will find the staff who work in the central office along with the Board of Directors.
LEAH Schools is governed by an eight-member Board of Directors selected from Lutheran churches in the Houston area. The Board of Directors uses a ‘policy-based’ governance model which gives guidance to the executive director to carry out the mission and vision of LEAH Schools.
Each of our four campuses is led by a head of school or director, all of whom are accountable to the LEAH Schools executive director. Please refer to each school's website for their faculty and staff directories.
